Sales Tax

Thank you for your purchase. Please be aware that my website does not charge any sales tax. All charges are the final price you will pay for the item(s).

Import Regulations and Duties

It is your responsibility to understand your local import regulations. If there are any customs duties or taxes required by your local customs authorities, you will need to pay them. If these charges are not paid and result in the package being undeliverable, I will not be responsible and no refund will be provided. Each country has different postal and import policies, so you must be aware of your own country’s regulations.

Shipping Dates and Delays

All custom-made products’ shipping dates do not include the production time. If you request a digital preview but do not respond, it will cause delays. Please ensure you check your messages and provide timely responses when you opt for a digital preview. If there are any delays, please allow sufficient time and be patient. Do not request a refund due to delays.

Address Accuracy and Reshipping Fees

Your address must be absolutely correct. If there are any errors in the address provided, resulting in the item being undeliverable or returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the item. If the package is delivered to the wrong address and received by someone else due to the incorrect address you provided, I will not be responsible. Unless the item is returned to me, you will need to cover the reshipping costs.

Custom-Made Products and Refunds

All custom-made products are non-refundable. Please understand that once custom-made items are produced, they cannot be reused. If you are ordering a large quantity, please allow sufficient time for production and use a sample for testing or personal quality checks before placing a bulk order.
