Custom Products
- Due to the nature of personalized products, items with custom engraving cannot be refunded or exchanged once engraved and shipped.

- For non-custom products: You can request a return for a refund if the item arrives DOA and is returned in its original condition. If the item has been used, only a partial refund may be available.

Order Cancellations
- All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once the products have been customized and engraved. The item can only be shipped to you.
- If you decide that you no longer need the item, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, but I can withhold shipping to you or your designated recipient upon request.
My website does not charge sales tax. Therefore, any import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
I only handle the customization and shipping of the product to your specified address. Customers must be aware of their country's import regulations.
Generally, I will declare the item as a low-value gift to potentially minimize import taxes. Unless you specifically request the full value to be declared, I can declare the full value, but this may result in higher import taxes.
If there are any import tax issues, such as customs or postal offices requiring you to pay the tax and you do not, the item will be returned to me. There will be no refund and the item will not be reshipped. If you want the item reshipped, you will need to pay the regular shipping fee again.
If you are purchasing from my Etsy shop, please understand that any sales tax charged there is collected by Etsy, not by me, and I do not receive any portion of it. I am also not aware of the specific reasons why Etsy collects this tax.
For this reason, purchasing from my website will be cheaper than buying on Etsy because you will not be charged any sales tax.
Please understand that when you purchase from me, whether through Etsy or any other sales channel, it is ultimately me that you are buying from. Those platforms are simply sales channels or advertisements.
